- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
- Order Modifications: Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order is shipped. Please contact us promptly if you need to modify your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
- Shipping Charges: All prices on our website are inclusive of shipping charges within India. There are no hidden costs.
- Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

5. Delivery Attempts and Address Issues
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. Suvarna Silks India is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
- We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- For concealed damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.
- In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partners and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
